Agriturismo Diacceroni tuscan cooking courses: the best way to learn the secrets of tuscan cuisine having fun!

Onze kookworkshops zijn erop gericht u de traditionele basisrecepten van Toscane te leren, met de intentie om gerechten te creëren, waarbij we gebruik maken van onze biologische producten en verse pasta.

Al meer dan 25 jaar produceren wij onze biologische producten, met respect voor de natuur en de gezondheid van de mens. De producten die wij produceren zijn pasta, waarbij we gebruik maken van biologisch bloem, extra virgin olijfolie gemaakt van onze eigen biologische olijven.

Ook sauzen, jam en spread produceren wij. Hierbij zijn alle groente en fruit afkomstig van ons eigen land en met de hand geplukt. De ingredienten worden direct verwerkt in onze producten.

Onze boomgaarden en onze groentetuinen zijn volledig biologisch, we maken geen gebruik van pesticiden of chemische bemesting. Elke workshop begint met een korte beschrijving, vervolgens worden, indien mogelijk*, de benodigde ingrediënten geplukt uit onze groente- en kruidentuinen.*

In de workshop zal het gehele proces van het gerecht van begin tot eind aan u uitgelegd worden.

De workshops worden gegeven door onze chef en vinden plaats in de keuken van het restaurant. Tevens zullen we poducten klaarmaken die direct online te bestellen zijn via onze webshop: https://shop.diacceroni.com/

De kookworkshops zijn toegankelijk voor alle gasten, volwassen en kinderen. Elke deelnemer ontvangt een schort en een koksmuts.

Aan het eind van de workshop eten de deelnemers gezamenlijk de gerechten op die ze bereid hebben.

Tuscan Soup course

The origins of this dish date back to the Middle Ages when the nobles used to eat their dishes inside the so called “canteens”. Once the lunch was over, the leftover bread was given to the servants, who combined it with any vegetables they had and boiled it to obtain a hearty and tasty soup. Many Italian dishes were created this way: fueled by necessity but developed with creativity....

Still today, Tuscan soup is a dish often made at home with leftovers. During this cooking class you will learn to make this comfort food from another age.
