Tuscan soup with Diacceroni organic extra virgin olive oil course
One of the excellent typical Tuscan dishes is the soup (zuppa). After a brief introduction we will pick the necessary ingredients from our vegetable garden: tomatoes, courgettes, carrots, peppers etc. Together with a few other ingredients, including our extra virgin olive oil produced directly at our olive press, the vegetables are transformed into an excellent soup. At the end of the course we sit down together and enjoy the Tuscan soup.
