Jams and desserts course

After a brief introduction, this course will cover how to select and prepare the fresh fruits from our orchards. After having prepared the ingredients, an explanation of how to make jams, and subsequently how to use these jams in desserts, such as biscuits and tarts. The pastry for these desserts will also be taught. At the end of the course we will enjoy the products of our labours.
