Cheese, salami, jams, honey and mustards course


After a brief description regarding the typical Tuscan antipasto, in this course we will discover the relative secrets to prepare mustards, the ingredients of which come from our vegetable gardens.  Also we will learn how to slice the various cheeses, salamis and hams in the correct manner for an antipasto, and how to match them with our jams, honeys and mustards.  At the end of the course we will taste all that we have prepared, accompanied by our excellent wines.
