Our organic farm is born from an undeniable connection with the land, passion for tradition, history and genuinity. Our love for our countryside is easy to understand while exploring the bright green vineyards and sprawling olive trees through the rolling hills.
Their beauty inspired us to cultivate the land with the respect it deserves, which is why everything we raise, from cows to herbs to fields of grain, is completely organic.For 30 years, we decided to adopt our ancestors’ sustainable values and create products and experiences to share our traditions with others. Our extra virgin olive oil is made from hand-picked olives and cold pressed for the best flavor and nutritional value, our jams are made from local fruit at its peak ripeness. Because we believe in using the best ingredients for the best result.

We welcome you to our restaurant, where you will be amazed by the authentic flavors of our organic farm products. In our riding school, you can discover the secrets of horseback riding. Further immerse yourself in the wonders of our land through our exciting experiences which highlight traditions handed down for generations.
Enjoy a pleasant evening with us during our buffet dinner parties, where you will have the opportunity to meet the staff and other guests for a fun experience surrounded by sweet notes of live music.

We loved every part of our farm stay at Diacceroni. The staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much bother. The views are spectacular. We loved the swimming pool as our visit was in the middle of a European heatwave. Our children loved the animals and the horse riding lessons. The food…incredible in every way. The parties were amazing!! Location is fantastic to explore Tuscany and it’s beautiful cities and villages and surrounds. Thank you to the Diacceroni team.

This place is the real Tuscany. All my Facebook friends were so jealous of everything I did here… From pasta making to bread making to truffle hunting to touring the grounds, and a day trip to Volterra, this was the ultimate Tuscan experience. I’m scared to write a good a review because I don’t want other people to find this place. It is heaven on Earth! Extreme culinary experiences. Views to die for. Everything you’ve seen in movies is real. This place has my ultimate respect and admiration. I will be back!!

Located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside with amazing 360 degree views. So much to do and see including horse riding, cycling, exploring nearby towns as well as opportunities to experience pizza and pasta making! Delicious and lovingly prepared meals using local produce including beautiful wines. We were so well looked after and accommodated by all the staff. A wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely come back again!

We have been in this agriturismo for a dinner. The building is in the middle of the tuscan countryside. Relaxed and quite place…perfect for a day trip. There were horses too. Dinner was very good from the tradition of tuscany. Pappardelle with rabbit and polenta with wildbore were awsome!!! The staff was very nice and professional. Definetly reccomended

A breath of Fresh air. In a Tuscany that is becoming ever more corporate and therefore ever more like everywhere else, Diacceroni holds true to the values and beauty of the Tuscan landscape, great food in respect of the great Tuscan traditions but with a touch of adventure too, a family atmosphere, my kids just love to come here, and people who are actually interested in talking to you rather than starched cut out waiters. A view to die for and wonderful farm produce on the table. What more could you ask for. Beware of imitations.

This was not only a holiday, this was a real experience of Tuscan quality tourism. What you find in Diacceroni is care for people’s comfort and high quality service. The staff is amazing, so friendly and nice that you feel like home. You can see they are a great team, and that makes this place a success. Food is delicious – when you eat pasta here you feel like all the pasta you have eaten before were a joke! Great Fiorentino’s! Flavoury wines! A beautiful unspoiled landscape where you find peace and relaxation. Our kids could play freely and enjoyed horse riding. It was really one of the best places we have been and one where we would like to come back! Thank you, you beautiful people!

We had a lovely two night stay at the Diacceroni Agriturismo and only wish that we had stayed even longer! We already miss the accommodations, beautiful landscape (the most gorgeous sunsets) and genuine kindness of the staff and look forward to when we can head back for their other activities (yoga, cooking classes, etc)

Our way of respecting our land
Taking care of the land is at the heart of what we do. We chose to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible in order to have the most balanced relationship with the land. We use salt to purify the water in our pools, making it healthier for the environment and your family. Solar panels are scattered across our newer buildings so we can absorb energy from the sun and power our structures.
Even our most newly renovated locations are fit with traditional materials like terra cotta floors and wooden beams.
